Refund & Return Policy – Snapp Curve


At Snapp Curve, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of activewear and hygiene considerations, returns are accepted only if items are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached

Any item showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Worn activewear
- Items without original tags
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

4. Return Process
To request a return, please contact Snapp Curve with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection of the returned item.

6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

8. Processing Time
Please allow processing time for returns and refunds once the item has been received.
